Our in-house laboratory is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art testing and validation center dedicated to hydraulic hose and assembly performance verification. Our laboratory enables us to validate product designs, qualify new materials, conduct routine quality assurance testing, and perform failure analysis, all without relying on external test houses.

With 5 hydraulic hose impulse test machines, including dynamic testers from Bimal (Italy) and HELD (Germany), plus three static impulse testers from HELD (Germany), our laboratory represents a significant investment in product reliability and customer confidence. We also maintain a Uniflex crimping machine for laboratory-scale assembly crimping, allowing us to test complete hose assemblies under controlled conditions.
