Rubber Material：Providing by TIP intelligent rubber mixing plant.

Manufacturing Process: Automatic collection, evaluation and release for key process elements manufacturing data.

Plant location: The plant is located at Binhai new Zone of Southern Ningbo (under construction), the footprint is 100,000 m² and the building area is 90,000 m².

Key Equipments:

     Braiding machine: German Mayer MR-15 Braiding machine;

     Pulse testing machine: Italian BIMAL dynamic pulse/German HELD;

     Hose Thickness Gauge:  German Sikora X-ray  thickness tester.

Current annual capacity: 5 million meters of braiding hoses, with the spec of 3 mm – 25 mm.

Planned annual capacity:

     20 million meters of braiding hoses, with the spec of 3 mm – 76 mm;

     10 million meters of spiral hoses, with the spec of 6 mm – 76 mm.
